The intimate settings provided by Sana Lake cultivate an environment that facilitates meaningful recovery and promotes an overall sense of well-being.Your Role at Sana LakeSana Lake is seeking an as-needed (PRN) Medical Director who is passionate about supporting individuals and families in recovery!The Medical Director is responsible for implementing strategies and developing processes that enhance member care and improve the program overall. He/she is responsible for the development and evaluation of standards of medical care, providing medical direction to clinical staff, and advising the department in matters of medical policy. This position is needed as a backup for our current Medical Director to cover illness or vacation. A monthly stipend would be paid to retain services during the months services are not needed.We would be interested in talking to you if you:Have graduated from an accredited college or university with a medical degree.Have experience working with patients with behavioral health disorders and/or substance use disordersAre licensed to practice medicine in Missouri, and maintain current licensure per state requirementsAre Board-certified in Psychiatry and/or Addiction Medicine.Sana Lake People First PhilosophyOur staff are our number one differentiator!
