We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at TruHeart Home Health - Tulsa. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients in their homes, promoting independence, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities:

Conduct physical examinations, assessments, and evaluations to determine patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Implement and monitor patient care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy
Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress accurately and timely
Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and charting, to ensure efficient record-keeping

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for RN
One or more years of experience in home health agency or hospital setting
Current Oklahoma RN license, CPR, driver's license, and auto insurance
Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
