PaiBox is an ontology-first AI agent execution platform for property management, single-family rental & multifamily operators. Built on a structured map of real maintenance workflows, our AI agents handle both routine work and complex edge cases, running work orders end to end on full autopilot while keeping human operators in control of rules, approvals, and critical decisions. PaiBox 2.0 just exited closed beta, and through our partnership with a nationwide marketplace, operators now have access to a network of 300,000 vendors. We’re hiring our first commercial leader to grow our customer base and recurring revenue through direct sales and strategic partnerships.

What you’ll do

• Own revenue: close our first 20+ customers among property management companies & SFR owner-operators
• Design and build our channel strategy: PMS marketplaces (AppFolio, Rent Manager, Buildium, etc), vendor networks, lenders, insurers, and industry associations
• Negotiate and launch partnerships, including terms, revenue share, and co-marketing, then convert partner-sourced leads into customers
• Represent PaiBox at IMN, NARPM, and other industry events
• Work directly with the founder on GTM strategy, pricing, and positioning
• For the first 12 months, this is a hands-on individual contributor role. xuwmhxw You’ll build the team once we hit our ARR milestones

What you bring

• 5+ years selling to property managers, SFR operators, multifamily or real estate owners, at a proptech or vertical SaaS company
• A track record of building a channel or partnership program from zero, with revenue you can point to
• Your own network in property management or SFR
• Clear, concise communication; you’re comfortable in a room full of operators
• Early-stage experience: you’ve sold without an SDR team or a marketing engine behind you

Compensation

Compensation: Base salary + uncapped sales commissions + stock options as a founding team member.
