Cardiac Diagnostic Lab Registered Nurse

This position involves providing direct patient care in a cardiac diagnostic lab, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety and quality compliance. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Participate in professional development and ensure communication of care plans across the continuum. Contribute to a safe, healing environment by educating patients and families on post-treatment care and medication management. Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Licensure: Valid RN license. Experience: 3+ years in cardiac or critical care preferred; new graduates with appropriate certifications may be considered. Certifications: BLS/ACLS required or obtainable within 90 days of hire. Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
