Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-time/Part-time Position - Lexington, NC
At Lexington Health Care Center, our mission is to provide patient-centered care and support the recovery journey of our patients. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and patients.
About the Role:
As a CNA, you will assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), provide vital signs, and maintain a safe and clean environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and support. This is a full-time/part-time position, offering a flexible schedule to fit your needs.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Monitor and report patient conditions to the nursing staff
Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
Assist with mealtime and feeding patients
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans
