Base pay range $50.00/hr - $65.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Scion Staffing Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Interim Director of Corporate Giving for an inspiring nonprofit organization committed to increasing access and equity in the tech industry. This remote , 5-month temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to lead corporate and major donor fundraising strategy in a dynamic and mission-aligned environment. Some travel (20–30%) is expected, including local and national engagement opportunities. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Interim Director of Corporate Giving will play a critical role in strengthening corporate partnerships, driving major donor engagement, and leading high-impact fundraising initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropy, this leader will also support donor reporting, CRM management, and relationship building. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about advancing economic and social equity. PERKS: Fully remote role with flexible scheduling Competitive hourly pay of $50–$65/hr DOE Travel expenses covered Laptop and equipment provided RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies in collaboration with the CEO, Senior Director of Philanthropy, and other leaders to support organizational goals. Lead corporate and workplace giving efforts , including employee engagement, sponsorships, and philanthropic partnerships across industries. Manage a portfolio of major and corporate donors , guiding them through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship using a moves management approach. Drive donor acquisition and revenue growth , qualifying and soliciting prospects to meet or exceed annual fundraising targets. Secure corporate brand sponsorships and event partnerships , especially with tech, retail, and social impact companies. Maintain CRM data integrity (Salesforce) and generate reporting as needed QUALIFICATIONS: Proven success securing $750K+ in corporate giving and $1M+ in major gifts Experience managing sponsorships, workplace campaigns, and external partnerships Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with fundraising systems including Salesforce , iWave , and Candid Adaptable, organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fully remote setting COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: This is a 5-month temporary position offering an hourly rate of $50.00 to $65.00, depending on experience. A laptop is provided, and travel expenses are reimbursed.
