Working remotely from Illinois, the full-time temporary Illinois Licensed Mortgage Data Entry Specialist will input loan data from specialized documents into loan origination software, requiring a solid understanding of mortgage loan documents and the Encompass system. Key responsibilities Input loan data from various mortgage documents into the loan origination software Read and identify property collateral, TRID disclosures, and complete appraisal reviews Complete online forms and perform alphanumeric data entry for structured documents Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience with mortgage loan documents and the Encompass system Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Ability to type at least 35 words per minute General computer knowledge with a capacity to learn new software quickly
