Role Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing high-quality patient and resident care in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Set realistic short- and long-term goals, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes to reduce rehospitalizations. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Delegate tasks to staff, supervise care delivery, and ensure proper communication across shifts. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an approved nursing program and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification required.
