We're seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and propel Dairy Boy into its next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Founder & Creative Director, Paige Lorenze, you'll oversee a dynamic team, craft innovative strategies, and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty. This is a high-impact role where you'll blend creative storytelling with data-driven tactics to expand our reach, from social media virality to experiential activations like our Polo Classic events and US Open pop-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Dairy Boy's core values of authenticity, nostalgia, and community, targeting Gen Z and millennial audiences.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), content creation, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships to boost engagement and sales.
- Oversee brand storytelling, ensuring consistent messaging across apparel, home goods, and events, infusing campaigns with clever twists.
- Manage experiential marketing, from pop-ups and collaborations to seasonal activations that create buzz and drive e-commerce conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social insights, and CRM data to optimize ROI and inform future campaigns.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and external partners to launch collections, handle PR, and explore new channels.
- Stay ahead of trends while maintaining Dairy Boy's unique, wholesome edge.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience in fashion and lifestyle brands, with experience in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in social media and influencer marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns that drove viral growth and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data tools and KPIs to measure success and pivot strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, bonus if you love farm life, New England vibes, or have experience in experiential events.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel for events and activations (e.g., US Open, Wimbledon tie-ins).
