Travel Telemetry RN in Webster, NY

As part of a high-functioning medical-surgical/telemetry team, you'll collaborate with dedicated professionals, encounter diverse clinical challenges, and enhance both your clinical judgment and leadership talents with exposure to a variety of workplace practices.


This 16-week assignment on a 36-bed acute care of elderly unit offers invaluable experience, whether you choose a 36- or 48-hour workweek. You'll benefit from working within a leadership-driven environment, using the EPIC charting system, and the flexibility to grow professionally, all while enjoying the adventure of a new locale during your off hours.


Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts: 7 PM - 7 AM
• 36 or 48 hours per week available
• 1 weekend shift per week OR 2 weekend shifts every other weekend
• At least 1 holiday per contract

Qualifications:

• Active NY RN license and AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute med surg/tele experience
• For international candidates: 2 years of U.S. work experience required
• Preferred: 2 years' recent med surg/tele experience
• Flexibility for variable scheduling based on facility needs
• Must reside over 50 miles from the facility

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to elderly patients on a busy unit
• Monitor patient vitals and telemetry, respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
• Accurately document all care using EPIC
• Maintain compassionate, patient-focused care in a fast-paced environment
