ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing team in Cinnaminson, NJ. Caregiving Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor clients and promptly report changes in condition to supervisory staff
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform occasional light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being.
• Assist with medication reminders in accordance with care plan guidelines.

Administrative and Training Responsibilities:

• Use the SwyftOps app to manage schedules, clock in/out, complete EVV, and document care.
• Complete accurate and timely shift notes, care documentation, and incident reports.
• Maintain current certifications, credentials, and required documentation.
• Complete required online trainings, in-services, and competency assessments.
• Complete ongoing training in areas such as dementia care, fall prevention, infection control, HIPAA, and client safety.
• Follow agency policies, client care plans, and documentation requirements.

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate demeanor
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and work independently in a home setting
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Burlington/Camden area
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Valid ID and ability to pass a background check & drug screening

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
