Job PostingStarting Wage: $20.00- $24.00 per hour DOE + shift differentialShift Differential: 2nd shift: $1.00 per hourWork Hours: 2nd shift: Monday through Friday 2:30 PM to 11 PMThis position is responsible for the manual operation of injection molding machines, finishing and trimming of parts, basic part inspection for quality issues, and assembling final product, while complying with quality standards.In this role, you would be responsible for the following:Operating injection molding machines manuallyPerforming finishing and trimming of partsInspecting basic parts for quality issues.Assembling final products according to quality standardsComply with all safety procedures and policies established.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.Ability to read and interpret work instructions.Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detailKnowledge of basic math and measurement toolsSelf-starter with a can-do attitude.We're a company that values work-life balance and provides highly affordable benefits.
