How you'll make an impact:

• Support internal and external clients by managing workflows and providing routine client assistance.
• Help retain clients and enhance their satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
• Create and manage documents, certificates, and reports using Gallagher's systems and tools.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet business goals and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with data, document, and timeline standards.

About you:

Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships. Behaviors: Exceptional organizational skills, proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
