Senior Tax Manager — Federal & M&A Advisory (Hybrid)

You will research and analyze complex tax issues, support M&A tax structuring, and draft emails and memos for firm-wide use. You will also contribute to training, perform due diligence on acquisitions, and prepare alerts on developments in federal income tax.
