Quality Control Technician

This is a 1st shift opportunity working in a clean, climate-controlled quality lab environment . Lead Recruiter
- Position: Quality Control Technician
- Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
- Location: Mason, OH
- Pay: $23-$26/hour (based on experience)
- Environment: Manufacturing facility (quality lab)
- Perform dimensional inspections on machined parts using engineering prints and technical drawings
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records in internal systems
- Use and maintain precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve discrepancies and interpret complex prints
- Support workflow using FIFO methods and coordinate with shipping for priority orders
- Prior experience in quality control inspection of machined parts
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints/engineering drawings
- Hands-on experience with metrology equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Proven ability to manage quality documentation and records
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
