We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in the beautiful region of Western North Carolina. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about providing high-quality care, collaborating with a strong therapy team, and growing professionally in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatment primarily for musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
• Manage a caseload that includes non-surgical and post-operative care, spine and joint rehabilitation, sports-specific rehab, and neurologic/balance-related conditions
• Create personalized treatment plans to help patients regain function and improve quality of life
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities

Qualifications:

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or eligible for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach to patient care
• Passion for clinical excellence and patient outcomes
