Here\'s what their role involves: troubleshooting issues, technical support, system maintenance, hardware setup, network support, and documentation. Primary Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems. Assist users with issues like login problems, application errors, or system malfunctions. Install updates, patches, and new software to keep systems secure and functional. Install and configure devices such as computers, printers, routers, and other peripherals. Set up and maintain network connections, Wi-Fi, and VPNs for users. Keep records of issues, resolutions, and system configurations for reference.
