An amazing opportunity in Supply Chain ManagementAs our corporate Buyer, you will be responsible for managing ocean, air, and customs brokerage activities. You will need a strong understanding of customer/vendor service and strong organizational supply chain skills. You will be responsible for sourcing, buying, and tracking raw materials and finished products. Our growing family-owned company is in search of a full-time Corporate Buyer. The company has been in business for over 68 years. With 5 national locations, sustained long-term growth, and increased demand, we offer you an amazing opportunity.We offer great benefits and will provide you with the right training to be successful-You will work closely with Sales to manage inventory.You will help Manage supply chain-related issues to ensure sales orders are fulfilled on time and cost-effectively. You will Develop the team's ability to forecast/plan purchases and inventory levels using data.You will Collaborate with distribution centers regarding the flow of containers and available space.You will Encourage effective relationships with suppliers to accomplish the company's goals and interests while maintaining and improving the quality of our product and high levels of customer service.This job could be perfect for you. Excellent customer service skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge and experience. Strong attention to detail.
