Cleanroom Auditor

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring Cleanroom Auditors to support semiconductor construction and cleanroom operations at the TSMC site in North Phoenix, AZ.

This is a hands-on, entry- to intermediate-level role ideal for candidates with semiconductor, cleanroom, or technical field experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in high-standard environments.

Position: Cleanroom Auditor (AMC/ Semiconductor)

Location: North Phoenix, AZ (TSMC Site)
Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire (13+ weeks, potential conversion to full-time)
Start Date: 5/26 or 6/2 (Interviewing ASAP then badge acvtivation ~3 Weeks)
Pay Rate: $20/hr

Schedule:

• P1: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• P2: After training (~520 hrs): Saturday 5:30 AM - 1:00 PM
• Overtime avaliable

Responsibilities:

• Support cleanroom operations and mechanical teams on-site
• Monitor and audit AMC (Airborne Molecular Contamination) data using handheld gas analyzers
• Perform inspections on materials/tools entering cleanroom environments
• Follow strict move-in procedures and cleanroom protocols
• Collect and submit daily reports with high data accuracy
• Respond to environmental issues (AMC, temperature/humidity OOC/OOS)
• Assist with sampling and testing inside cleanroom environments
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, PPE, and 6S practices

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Semiconductor / cleanroom / construction site experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures
• Comfortable working in full cleanroom suit for extended periods
• Ability to stand/walk for long hours and lift equipment as needed
• Basic computer skills (Excel/data entry/reporting)
• Reliable transportation (TSMC site access required)
