Job Description

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs to create personalized therapy strategies that empower them to meet their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions designed to enhance patients' motor function, cognitive skills, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapy methods to ensure consistent progress at home.
• Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor outcomes and adapt treatment plans as needed, keeping patients on their path to success.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or additional certifications.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
