Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to aid in pain management and functional restoration.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, self-management techniques, and preventative care to enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure seamless patient care and integrated treatment pathways.
• Keep abreast of the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy and apply them within the therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut.
