Flex Security Officer - Full Time Primary Locations: Duluth, MN, Superior, WI, & Cloquet, MN Wage: $21.50/HR Schedule: Flexible The Flex Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Responsibilities Conflict resolution and de-escalation. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed. Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests. Utilizing technology devices throughout shift. Conduct tours of the property. Work multiple sites as a fill in or for temporary needs. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site. Qualifications 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Above-average computer and technology skills. Excellent customer service and team leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. Professional demeanor. Respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation. Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug screening and background investigation. Requires safe driving. Willingness to travel out of state and to remote areas.
