Radiology - CT Tech

CT Technologist

A skilled CT Technologist is needed for a 13-week contract position, working primarily nights and mid-shifts. This role involves performing a variety of advanced imaging procedures, with a focus on adults and geriatrics in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Schedule

Shifts available include:

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Mid Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Weekend work may be required based on unit needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging studies of the abdomen, chest, head, and vascular structures.
• Administer contrast agents and perform biopsies, aspirations, and drainage procedures.
• Utilize advanced imaging technologies and techniques for patient diagnostics.
• Engage in multiplanar reconstruction and brain perfusion studies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience preferred; first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Must have active California license and ARRT certification in CT and Radiography.
• BLS certification required.
• Familiarity with Siemens and Philips imaging equipment is essential.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
