No two days look the same. This is a role for someone who likes to stay busy and solve problems:

• Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
• Maintain HVAC systems, including filter changes
• Handle plumbing repairs such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements
• Complete carpentry work including doors, drywall, and cabinets
• Prepare and paint apartments, including full unit turns and touch-ups
• Assist with general upkeep of grounds and common areas
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Pay and Shift: Monday – Friday 8Am -4:30PM, Pay $16 Requirements

• Experience in construction, maintenance, landscaping, or painting
• Strong work ethic and willingness to assist where needed
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
