Day-to-Day Focus Meet with local business owners, families, and individuals to present customized supplemental benefit options. Serve as a trusted advisor, handling client questions and supporting policy renewals. Manage your daily client schedule and build long-term relationships within the local community. Participate in structured leadership development and local agency growth tracks. Qualifications Transferable Skills Strong interpersonal communication and empathy.
