Perform manual patient vitals Perform routine blood draws Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider Maintain lab equipment, documentation, and quality controls Prepare and process in-house and outside laboratory testing Assist with inventory, ordering, and general clinic organization Support front desk operations when needed Build positive relationships with patients and teammates Jump in wherever needed to keep the clinic running smoothly What We’re Looking For We care about who you are just as much as what’s on your resume. High School Diploma or GED required Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required At least 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals or documented completion of 180 externship hours Venipuncture and injection experience highly preferred Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Friendly, outgoing personality with a patient-first mindset Reliable, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed Strong communication skills and positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must pass a criminal background check Clinic Schedule Monday: 8 AM–5 PM Tuesday: 8 AM–7 PM Wednesday: 8 AM–1 PM Thursday: 7 AM–5 PM Friday: 8 AM–5 PM Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM Benefits Health, dental & vision insurance Disability insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Scrubs provided Tuition reimbursement Employee discount A Note About Our Hiring Process We’re excited to learn more about you—not just your resume .
