Job Title: Nurse Manager – Operating Room / Perioperative Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager of Operating Room (OR) services to lead daily surgical operations, clinical personnel, and perioperative workflows. In this leadership role, you will oversee staff management, optimize daily room assignments, manage departmental budgets, and enforce strict healthcare compliance and infection control standards to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Leadership & Development: Supervise, recruit, hire, and onboard surgical nurses, surgical technologists, and perioperative support staff.
• Daily Operations & Scheduling: Manage daily surgical room assignments, streamline clinical workflows, and optimize surgical suite turnaround times.
• Financial & Budget Oversight: Oversee departmental budget performance, manage resource allocation, and direct supply chain purchasing for surgical inventory.
• Quality, Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, AORN standards, and sterile processing compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Leadership Experience: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated Nurse Manager experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting [Required] .
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License [Required at submission] .
• Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) [Required] .
• Core Competencies: Strong operational management, budgeting acumen, surgical resource planning, and team leadership skills.
