Registered Nurse - NICU

Role: Per diem Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Responsibilities Provide evidence-based, family-centered care to critically ill and premature newborns. Perform assessments, manage ventilators and IV infusions, administer medications, and respond to emergencies. Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other specialists to develop individualized care plans. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure with relevant experience in neonatal or critical care settings. Strong clinical skills in ventilator management, medication administration, and emergency response. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-family-centered care.
