This person will prepare, design and review land development projects from conceptual stages to compliance stages. Duties Design and prepare site plans for municipal approval Design Post Construction Stormwater Management Facilities Coordinate applications with clients and consultants Review Subdivision and Land Development Plans for compliance with municipal regulations Job Requirements BS Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience PE preferred but not required 2-5 years of experience in residential/commercial site design Experience preparing a complete set of civil plans Excellent written and communication skills Working knowledge and ability to use CAD based design software A self-starter who can work independently Experience working and communicating with clients #J-18808-Ljbffr Datrose
