As a Residential Service Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary communication link between customers, technicians, and the office while helping ensure the daily service schedule operates efficiently. You'll coordinate technician schedules based on call priority, location, and availability, communicate schedule updates throughout the day, arrange return visits when additional work or parts are required, and help manage the on-call schedule.

You'll answer incoming customer calls, schedule appointments, update customer records, create work orders, and maintain accurate job information within the company software. You'll also assist with administrative responsibilities including invoicing, collections support, data entry, filing, and other office tasks while working closely with service technicians and office staff to provide a seamless customer experience from the first phone call through project completion.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and excels at balancing multiple priorities throughout the day. Previous experience coordinating schedules, dispatching technicians, or supporting field service operations in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or another service industry is highly preferred.

Successful candidates will have excellent organizational skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to communicate professionally with both customers and field personnel. Experience using multi-line phone systems, scheduling software, and office applications is beneficial. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to remain calm while adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
