The HR Representative provides operational HR support with a focus on case management, policy compliance, and employee/manager guidance. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to ensure consistent, compliant, and timely execution of HR processes across the organization.

The HR Representative provides operational HR support with a focus on case management, policy compliance, and employee/manager guidance. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to ensure consistent, compliant, and timely execution of HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, including employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, and process guidance
- Manage and support HR case management workflows (e.g., ServiceNow or similar systems), ensuring proper documentation, triaging, resolution, and escalation of issues
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Legal, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to ensure compliant execution of workforce actions
- Support audits, investigations, and compliance reviews by gathering required documentation and responding to data requests
- Maintain HR knowledge articles, process documentation, and standards to ensure consistency and mitigate risk
- Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, compliance obligations, and appropriate handling of employee matters
- Conduct New Hire Orientation sessions
- Complete I-9 employment eligibility verification processes
- Address walk-in employee inquiries and provide timely support
- Experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR compliance
- Hands-on experience with HR case management systems and structured workflows
- Ability to clearly explain complex HR or legal concepts to non-HR stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
- Experience supporting global or multi-region HR operations
- Familiarity with cross-functional HR governance models and escalation frameworks
- HR policy and compliance expertise
