Inpatient call coverage shared 1:8. Outpatient clinic coverage for two locations. Four clinic days and one administrative day/week. Combination of Hematology Oncology, more emphasis on solid tumor. Weekly tumor conference. Access to advanced research and clinical trials. Epic EMR fully integrated.
