Greystar is seeking a Sr. Community Manager for Avana Star Lake in Federal Way. The role oversees daily operations of a large 750-unit community, leading staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with housing laws while driving occupancy and revenue goals. Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years in property management, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi/OneSite.
