Salesforce Platform Developer II

This role requires advanced technical skills in Salesforce development, including LWC, AURA, Service Cloud, and Agentforce , along with strong domain knowledge and collaboration skills. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (mandatory). Hands‑on experience with Service Cloud development and implementation. Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and AURA framework . Experience with Agentforce and other Salesforce add‑ons relevant to healthcare/payer domain. Strong knowledge of Healthcare or Payer business systems and workflows. Familiarity with integration patterns, APIs, and middleware tools for Salesforce. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with Avaya Aura and telephony integrations with Salesforce. Knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado) for CI/CD in Salesforce environments. Previous experience in Agile/Scrum‑based project delivery.
