What You’ll Do: Financial Tracking: Reconcile employee purchases to ensure everything adds up perfectly. Asset & Fleet Management: Track and manage inventory of uniforms, supplies and company vans. Logistics & Errands: Run local errands, pick-ups, and drop-offs efficiently (mileage reimbursement provided). Workspace Curation: Keep our office looking professional and welcoming . Executive Support: Be the go-to person for keeping things organized and efficient! What You Bring: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas are your friend!). A keen eye for details - nothing gets past you! Reliability & Mobility: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for local errands.
