What we sell: Residential roofing, Residential window replacement, Residential siding, Gutters, Entry-Doors. The Position: In-home sales demonstration and presentation of our roofing, windows, and siding products.

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs for remodeling and siding projects.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management.
• Perform product demonstrations and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage territory effectively, leveraging outside sales strategies to drive business development.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and generate leads.

Requirements: Positive energy, professional, enthusiasm, and a big picture attitude. Persuasive, self disciplined, and honest. Must be flexible to work weekends. Prior experience encouraged but not necessary. Go-getter attitude.
