Position Highlight

We are excited to welcome a competent and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist into our dynamic team of healthcare providers. You will utilize advanced ultrasound technology to conduct various diagnostic examinations, collaborating seamlessly with fellow clinicians to ensure patients receive the outstanding care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Promote patient comfort and safety throughout every procedure, offering clear explanations with empathy
• Work alongside radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain imaging equipment, promptly addressing any issues
• Accurately document procedures and keep patient records updated in the electronic health record system
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging practices and techniques

Educational Qualifications

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related area
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly preferred

Certification Requirements

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
