Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. \n
- Assessing the mental health needs of patients and developing tailored treatment plans to address various issues, including family conflict, grief, adjustment to divorce, and communication difficulties. \n
- Providing supportive counseling and therapy for families experiencing challenges such as blended family dynamics, job stress, and health issues. \n
- Facilitating conflict resolution and communication improvement among family members to promote harmonious relationships. \n
- Regularly documenting patient progress, treatment effectiveness, and adjusting care plans as necessary in accordance with best practices. \n
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. \n
This role will primarily serve couples, families, and individuals facing various psychological challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing mental health issues such as:

- Alcohol and substance abuse \n
- Experiences of physical and psychological trauma \n
- Grief and loss \n
- Family conflicts and dynamics \n
- Adjustments to life transitions, including separation and divorce \n
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Strong passion for patient care and commitment to clinical excellence. \n

- At least 2 years of experience in providing therapy to diverse client populations. \n
- Demonstrable ability in handling complex family dynamics and situations. \n
- Prior experience in telehealth settings is a plus. \n
Vera Healthcare Center offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
