Senior Consultant - SAP ABAP

The Senior Consultant - SAP ABAP plays a pivotal role in analyzing client requirements and implementing tailored SAP solutions that drive business efficiency and effectiveness. This position involves collaborating with clients to develop actionable strategies, frameworks, and best practices while contributing to capability development within the organization. The consultant will leverage extensive knowledge of SAP ABAP to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver detailed SAP ABAP solutions through consulting project activities, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses using ABAP to assist in identifying client issues and developing client-specific solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in implementing SAP solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP ABAP, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members while promoting best practices in development.
• Design and structure reports and presentations tailored to the audience's characteristics and needs, effectively communicating complex SAP concepts and project outcomes.
• Enhance the knowledge base by staying updated on industry best practices, emerging trends in SAP technologies, and creating reusable components for improved efficiency.

Skill Requirements

• In-depth understanding of SAP ABAP and its application in various business processes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in performing qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Proficiency in OOABAP and ABAP for S/4HANA development practices.
• Solid experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions that address client-specific requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create engaging presentations and reports for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with SAP UI/UX principles and their integration with ABAP development.
• Certification: Optional but valuable certifications: SAP Certified Development Associate ABAP.
