Landscape Estimator

InfraHire is hiring an Landscape Estimator: - Build and maintain estimating templates, production rates, and pricing structures using LMN software
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and material takeoffs for residential and commercial landscape projects
- Analyze and review project plans to identify scope gaps, risks, and potential cost impacts early
- Collaborate closely with sales, design, and field teams to ensure projects are feasible and profitable
- Provide proposal support with alternates, options, and value engineering recommendations
- Assist with field verification, project layout, and pre-construction planning as needed
- Maintain ownership of the company's estimating system, contributing directly to company performance and profitability
- Opportunity to work on high-end, complex, non-standard projects with a strong, execution-focused team
