Blackstone is the largest owner of data centers globally with a portfolio of over $150bn. The Associate will have the opportunity to lead a wide range of capital markets transactions across CMBS, ABS, US private placement, project finance, 144a project bond, leverage finance and fund level finance.Responsibilities:The Associate will work on a wide range of transactions and responsibilities will typically include:Strategizing and providing analysis on optimal executions for acquisitions and refinancingsAnalyzing and tracking existing debt positions to identify accretive refinancing opportunitiesModeling various executions across different types of financing for both construction and stabilized marketsNegotiating financing terms and transactionsSpearheading the execution and closing of transactions working closely alongside the acquisitions and asset management teamsLeading the preparation of materials used to solicit bids from lenders on financingsMaintaining close relationships with all financing partners across banks and various institutional lenders and investorsQualifications: Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
