What You'll Do: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, shape job descriptions, and build a strategic hiring plan for each search Advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation, and candidate expectations Source proactively and creatively to reach passive candidates in industries outside traditional tech, including entertainment, publishing, and media Own full cycle recruiting across creative, production, growth, marketing, operations, and finance roles, from intake through offer and close Lead offer conversations and negotiations with confidence and care Create a thoughtful, engaging candidate experience that reflects our culture and keeps candidates excited throughout the process Run a high volume of screens while keeping quality and speed high across multiple open roles at once Keep our ATS clean and up to date, and use pipeline data to spot bottlenecks and improve how we hire Work with the People Team to strengthen interview processes, scorecards, and hiring workflows Help build our employer brand and tell the Inkitt story to candidates in every function What You'll Bring: 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least some of it at a high growth startup Proven success hiring across a wide mix of functions, from creative and content to operations and finance Experience recruiting for creative, content, or entertainment roles is a strong plus Comfort managing many searches at once and prioritizing well when everything feels urgent Strong judgment in assessing talent for roles outside your own area of expertise Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with both candidates and leadership Experience with Lever is a plus A scrappy, startup mindset; you thrive in a fast paced environment and welcome new challenges Commitment to an in person work culture; you prefer an onsite or hybrid work model An enthusiastic, positive approach to recruiting and a knack for #movefast without missing deadlines Who We Are Looking For: Autonomous Bring solutions instead of problems Data driven Quick to action A high functioning workaholic Looking for exponential career growth Have lots of fun building a generational AI x Entertainment company What We'll Offer: 401k plan, designed to help you save for the future Health benefits tailored to your needs, including medical, dental, and vision coverage Professional coaching for everyone Team-building events, including our annual Tulum trip Unlimited access to our Galatea app and CandyJarTV app Unlimited budget for self-development books Charity donation of your choice at your one year anniversary Free lunch in office everyday Class Pass membership for US based employee and gym access for Berlin employees Dog friendly offices $150,000 - $160,000 a year Salary is determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and alignment with the requirements of the role, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks. #J-18808-Ljbffr Inkitt
