HVAC Service Technician

Commercial Hvac Technician Our client is a leading provider of HVAC solutions for commercial clients in the Hampton, NJ area. We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial properties. This role requires technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and refrigeration units. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing efficient and effective solutions. Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance logs and service reports. Communicate effectively with clients to explain system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations. Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices. Stay up-to-date with advancements in HVAC technology and best practices. Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician, with a focus on commercial systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC system components. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to HVAC systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. EPA Certification for handling refrigerants. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred. Benefits: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
