Scheduled Hours

• Monday through Friday, days
• No call, no weekends and no holidays
• Multiple, flexible shift opportunities
• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Ability to work at Aurora 84S Surgery Center

Position Highlights

• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• $110 - $138.80/hour
• $2250 for CME
• Extra shift bonuses changed to guaranteed +$75-100/hour over base rate
• ACT model
• 40hrs CME, 30 days PTO increasing with years of service

Training and/or Experience Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Anesthesiologist Assistant license issued by the state of Wisconsin, and
• Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA-C) certification issued by the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA) needs to be obtained within 18 months, and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (ACLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required, and
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required, or
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)/American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

Degrees

Master's Degree in Anesthesia.
