Lead HousekeeperFull Time | Day Shift | Weekend RotationPay: $20.50-$23/hourbased on experienceJoin Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Dousman, WI and make a meaningful impact every day!At Three Pillars, our team members live out our core values every day: Respect, Commitment, Fulfillment, Empathy, and Fun.Lead Housekeeper Qualifications:Housekeeping or laundry experience in healthcare, long-term care or senior living preferredWhat You'll Do: As a Lead Housekeeper you will support our housekeeping and laundry teams while helping create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.Help lead housekeeping, floor care, and laundry operations Support team members through training, coaching, scheduling assistance, and shift coverage as needed Assist the Director with daily department operations, supply ordering, and organization Conduct inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met Maintain clean resident rooms, common areas, offices, and flooring throughout the community Prepare resident rooms for new occupancy and maintain linen inventory Promote a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staffWhy Join Three Pillars?
