SURESTAFF is now hiring machine operators for blow mold injection in Grapevine, TX! Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow? SURESTAFF is seeking motivated individuals to join a manufacturing team that produces plastic bottles using blow mold injection machines.

Position details:

• Job title: Machine operator blow mold injection
• Pay during training: $20.00/hour & after training $1 diff
• Training schedule: Monday Friday 7AM-7PM
• Training duration: Approximately 2 weeks (may vary based on individual progress and performance)
• Post-training schedule: 2nd shift rotating schedule 7PM-7AM
• Employment type: Full-time
• Long-term opportunity

Job responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor blow mold injection machines used in the production of plastic bottles.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove finished products from machines and prepare them for packaging.
• Perform basic machine adjustments as instructed during training.
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Complete production and quality documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on machine operations.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to work a rotating 2nd shift schedule after training.
