We are now accepting resumes for our job opening for a person for office Admin & leasing tasks for apartments in Kokomo office. This position has multiple duties and does a lot of communicating both written & verbally with our tenants. vendors. and coworkers. The position requires you to work onsite it is not a remote job. The job location at 1901 S. Goyer Rd at Ashbury Apartments. The job is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, no weekends.
We are seeking a person with high integrity and who is very trustworthy with excellent organization, Microsoft 365, verbal and written communication skills.

Job Duties & traits are:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills and some A/P skills.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in office operations.
- Assist in maintaining our clients records
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and expenses.
- Assist with maintaining the computer information.
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask and prioritize
- A can-do attitude, always willing to go the extra mile
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
