The facility operates on a single connected campus that includes a clinic, Critical Access Hospital, and Nursing Home/Assisted Living, offering a comprehensive and collaborative care environment supported by a dedicated team of Family Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians.

Physician – Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Join a collaborative team of Family Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians providing exceptional patient-focused care
• 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours, or 32 patient contact hours if performing inpatient duties
• Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Average of 18-20 clinic patients per day with 1-2 procedures per day
• Pre and post-natal care provided for patients who deliver in Detroit Lakes through a shared care model
• Inpatient rounding available at a Critical Access Hospital with an average census of 5-8 patients
• Optional Emergency Room shifts available with a volume of 8-12 patients per 24-hour shift
• Home base in Fosston with potential outreach opportunities to Oklee and Bagley Clinics
• On-site services include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietitian, Diabetes Educator, Behavioral Health, Home Health, Tobacco Cessation, Lab/Pathology, Radiology/Imaging, and Weight Management
• Outreach services include Oncology, ENT, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, GYN, Podiatry, General Surgery/Wound Clinic, and Urology, along with numerous Telehealth specialty services
• Electronic Medical Record system: Epic
• BC/BE Family Medicine required
