MIG Production Welder role with PDS TECH MIG Production Welder

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30 PM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
Environment: Manufacturing/production facility with loud noise and exposure to moving mechanical equipment.

Top Requirements (Must Have)

✅ Strong MIG welding experience in a production/manufacturing environment

✅ Experience welding thin-gauge metal

✅ Ability to read blueprints, welding specifications, and work instructions

✅ Able to maintain quality weld standards in a fast-paced production setting

✅ Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality

✅ Team-oriented and dependable with strong attendance

✅ Able to lift up to 75 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Welding trade school, technical school, or vocational welding certification

⭐ 2-3 years of related welding experience

⭐ Experience working on fabrication and metal structures

Interview Process

Required Weld Test

• All candidates must pass a hands-on MIG weld test.

• Focus on welding proficiency and thin-gauge material welding.

Candidates Must Bring:

• Welding helmet

• Welding sleeves

• Steel-toed shoes

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
