Position Title: Advanced Aesthetician / Medical Aesthetician (2+ Years Experience Required)
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Company: 4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions – Fort Myers
Employment Type: Part-Time (Tuesday, Wednesday and Every Other Saturday)
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay + Commission + Incentive Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, patient education, and growing their income through performance-based commissions.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including: 
  • Hydrafacial 
  •   Microneedling/SkinPen  
  • Chemical Peels 
  • Dermaplaning 
  • Customized Facials 
  • Sciton BBL and MOXI treatments 
  • Laser Hair Removal 
• Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans. 
• Educate patients on skincare products, memberships, and treatment packages. 
• Recommend medical-grade skincare and wellness services. 
• Assist in converting consultations into long-term memberships and treatment packages. 
• Maintain accurate charting and treatment documentation. 
• Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, stocked, and compliant. 
• Support social media content creation when appropriate, including educational content and before-and-after photos. 
• Provide an exceptional patient experience to encourage retention and referrals. 

Qualifications

• Current Florida Facial Specialist required.
• Florida Electrologist (Laser) License required.
• Minimum 2 years of medical aesthetics or med spa experience preferred. 
• Hands-on experience with Sciton MOXI, BBL, and Laser Hair Removal is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
• Experience performing advanced laser treatments and developing laser treatment plans. 
• Strong sales ability and comfort recommending treatment plans, memberships, and skincare products. 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
• Self-motivated with a desire to build patient relationships and grow revenue. 
• Experience in a membership-based practice is preferred. 

Compensation

Hourly Pay: Based on experience, plus commission.
